College Football Playoff Prediction

College Football Playoff Prediction

Undefeated season, SEC champs, best team in the damn Nation, oh, and Bammer is sitting on the outside looking in. If this ain’t one of the best years in Georgia football history, then I don’t know what is.

What we do know is that the Dawgs get to play the fourth seed in the playoff, Ohio State. I couldn’t feel anymore confident about this game even if Ryan Day flew down here to Athens and waived a white flag now.

We are talking about the same Ohio State Buckeyes who got the doors blown off by Michigan for the second straight year. We are talking about a team that came into the game as more than a touchdown favorite at home and then went turning for the hills by the time the third quarter rolled around.

There is nothing special about this Ohio State team, and that’s just the beginning of this playoff domination for the dawgs as we look to two-peat.

We aren’t seriously worried about Michigan or TCU are we?? The Wolverines played in the weakest Big 10 conference in recent history. For gods sake, they played Iowa in the conference championship and there were cries to have their coach fired after every single game they played in because he won’t relinquish power from his offensive coordinator son who calls a game more poorly than my 5 year old plays Madden.

Michigan of course was going to roll to this point because nothing has stood in their way. They might win games by a big margin, but it really doesn’t say much about them as a team that they got to coast to this spot.

Alright, how about the gross toads from Fort Worth? TCU might be having a real dreamy season, but the dawgs are about to splatter their guts if they catch them in the National Championship game. TCU can’t put the big boys away in this league. They hardly scraped by Baylor, lost in the Big 12 Championship game, and probably will fall flat on its face in the semifinal against Michigan.

I’ll say this, I’d look forward to playing TCU in the National Championship game because we could put up the largest margin of victory in CFP history. They can raise a crappy runner-up banner at their stadium while we own the rights to their team afterwards.

This is how this CFP is going to all unfold:

- Georgia is going to dominate Ohio State and CJ Stroud might fall all the way down the NFL Draft boards by the time April rolls around because of how bad this performance is going to look for him.

- The Dawgs will dance to the National Championship and tear up either Michigan or TCU in a fashion that even embarrasses Bammer fans.

The two-peat is right in front of us and I see no earthly scenario where we don’t pull it off. Kirby Smart’s statue is already being built and the rings are being constructed. Go Dawgs!
